RowMaker ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the RowMaker mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.1. Personal Information

• Metadata: We collect metadata about the Google Sheets you create or link within the App. This includes sheet names, purposes, column names, and column descriptions necessary for data extraction.

• Contact Information: If you choose to provide it, we may collect your email address for communication purposes.

• Account Information: Information related to your account creation, such as username and password (encrypted).

2.2. Financial Information

• In-App Purchases: Purchases of credits are processed through the app store from which you downloaded the App. We do not collect or store your financial information, such as credit card numbers. Payment transactions are subject to the app store's privacy policies.

2.3. Device Permissions

• Camera Access: Used to capture images for data extraction.

• Microphone Access: Used to record and transcribe voice notes for data extraction.

• Photos Access: With your permission, we may access your photo library to select images for data extraction.

2.4. Usage Data

• Log Data: In the event of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.

2.5. Cookies

• The App does not use cookies explicitly. However, the App may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or refuse these cookies through your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Services: To facilitate the extraction and insertion of structured data into your Google Sheets.

• Manage Credits: To track your credits balance, usage, and purchases within the App.

• Improve Services: To analyze usage trends and improve the functionality and user experience of the App.

• Communications: To send you updates, security alerts, and support messages.

• Error Monitoring: To collect Log Data for troubleshooting and improving the App's performance.

4. Data Access

• Google Account Data: Our App accesses certain data from your Google account, such as files and metadata in your Google Drive account, to create and manage spreadsheets. We request the minimum scope of access required and do not access data beyond what is necessary for the App to operate.

5. Data Processing, Retention, and Deletion

• Real-Time Processing: Images and voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

• No Storage of Extracted Data: We do not store any extracted data from your images or voice notes. All such data is written directly to your Google Sheets.

• Metadata Storage: Metadata and account-related information are securely stored and used solely for the operation of the App.

• Data Retention: We retain metadata and account information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

• Data Deletion: If you wish to delete your data, you can request deletion by contacting us at contact@simpltech.ai. Upon receiving a request, we will promptly delete all personal data, including Google user data, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

6.1. Third-Party Service Providers

• AI Processing Services: We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, perform Service-related tasks, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Payment Processors: All financial transactions are handled by the app store's payment systems. Please review their privacy policies for information on how they handle your data.

• Google APIs: The App interacts with Google APIs to access your Google Sheets. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

• Device Permissions: You can control or revoke the App's access to your device features (camera, microphone, photos) through your device settings.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all metadata and account information stored by RowMaker will be permanently deleted. Your Google Sheets and any remaining credits will remain unaffected.

• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

11. Links to Other Sites

The App may contain links to external sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their Privacy Policy.
